The time frame for order pickup and delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing Time: Order verification, organization, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. Lead times vary based off products with a range of 2-14 days.

Pickup: Once orders have been confirmed and completed, they will be available for pickup from our warehouse located at 46 Armstrong Avenue, Georgetown, L7G 4R9. Please bring the corresponding confirmation number.

Delivery: Once orders have been received you will be contacted from our office with an expected delivery date and time. Following the lead time to produce and complete an order, the delivery date will be set.
